i hate credit card companies!

this has been like, the longest, worse day off of my life.  i swear!  this morning i got up early to call some credit card companies to try and figure out what my next move is to fix my credit.  i spent the better part of the morning on the phone, going crazy, trying to get people to pay attention to what i was saying, only to have people tell me things i already knew or transferring me and then dropping my calls.  tomorrow is going to be devoted to going to the post office and then getting multiple police reports written up.  its going to be pretty sweet.  i have a headache!
